Be Well with Prana is the definition of a blessing in disguise. Along with a lot of people in our community, the global pandemic known as COVID-19 left me without a job, juggling kids at home, and struggling to find my "new normal".

Along with this came a question, "How can I best serve my community?". As an OT, I am trained to view the whole person as well as analyze performance patterns. I have also spent many years teaching fitness classes to pre-and-post partum Mamas. 

However, it has recently become apparent to me the importance of finding BALANCE in our WELLNESS. Having to use trial and error to find my own level of balance in my life, I have researched everything from clean eating, exercise training regimens, talk therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. 

Wellness is comprised of several layers (physical, nutritional, spiritual, intellectual, social, and emotional) each always ebbing and flowing based on external and internal changes. Be Well with Prana is a wellness program designed to collaborate with you on goals that are important to you and keep you accountable along the way!
